You may return your Clarocet package for refund within 30-days from the date that your package is delivered to you. Please click here to contact a Medicor Labs Customer Agent in order to obtain your Return Authorization Number.

Your returned package must be postmarked before your 30-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired. Reimbursement requests received after this time will not be honored. Returned packages postmarked after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired will be returned to the sender. For faster processing, please write your Return Authorization Number legibly on the outside of the package that you are returning.

Your reimbursement will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks after your package has been received by our shipping and receiving department. You may log in to your account online to check on the status of your return.

The dollar amount of your refund will reflect the total purchase price of your Clarocet package, less the following fees:

• Shipping and handling charges
• A processing fee of not more than 7.5% of the total purchase price of your Clarocet package, including the price of shipping and handling charges
